Our small-scale cannery is a family business that has been upholding the values of quality and the respect for authentic flavours for more than 50 years. With 38 medals at the Paris International Agricultural Show over 17 years of participation, we are proud of the gold medal we were awarded in 2015 for our whole goose foie gras, as well as our Palme d'Or, a local award and silver Medal at the National Foie Gras Competition in 2016.
