Un terroir, une histoire, des cuisines by Hélène Lafaye-Fouhéty, Philippe Grandcoing, Jean-Marc Ferrer) that she wrote with Philippe Grandcoing and Jean-Marc Ferrer, Hélène Lafaye-Fouhéty will invite us to explore the making of an exceptional gastronomic territory, the Périgord, whose reputation has been built up over the centuries.

8:30 pm: To round off the day, bring your favorite local specialties to share at a Périgourdine inn!
