The village of La Madeleine invites you on a gustatory journey to the heart of the Middle Ages with its medieval cooking classes in a truly exceptional setting: l'Abri de l'Est.
Participants, dressed in period costumes, will be able to step into the shoes of chefs, creating a recipe inspired by medieval gastronomy.
The old communal oven (13th century), restored a few years ago, will be used to cook certain dishes. Others will be simmering over the fire at the entrance to the shelter!
By reservation only. Minimum age 15.
