In 2024, the Conseil départemental de la Dordogne inaugurates the "carte blanche" scheme, an exhibition dedicated to an artist in the Dordogne.
Nathalie Cosson exhibits her work in the 3 rooms on the ground floor of the château and in the estate's remarkable garden. Her work is inspired by nature, from which the artist gathers plants through active or contemplative immersion. From this living material, she composes, proposes and questions notions of landscape, territory and writing. In this way, culture, nature and creation intertwine, conversing and highlighting the poetry of the living, as well as the minute details that no one would look at for so long without the artist's respectful and luminous intervention.
For European Heritage Days on 21 and 22 /09: guided tours with the artist.
Free admission.
