Join us on Wednesdays February 11, 18 and 25 at 2:00 pm & on March 4 to immerse yourself in the world of hand-crafted chocolate and homemade fruit jellies with confiserie Carlucienne, an artisan chocolatier and confectioner based in the Dordogne. The program includes a gourmet demonstration, cutting, presentation and tasting of a pear-nut fruit paste.
