
As every year, Cellier du Périgord is organizing a foire au gras from February 14 to 23 in Vézac. This is an opportunity to buy top-quality local produce, and to let our customers create their own recipes: foies gras, confits and other gourmet specialties.
This event brings together gastronomy enthusiasts. An opportunity for young and old to learn how to make their own pâtés. Our chef shares his secrets for making the finest pâtés.
- One-hour workshop, by reservation: 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm,
- Purchase in our boutique of all you need to make 12 pâtés: 2kg of pâté meat and 1 raw liver, at the price of 3? per box of pâté (the 12 tins of preserves and their crimping are free),
- pâtés made by our chef,
- customers take away their own pâté and bake it at home.
