Jan Harlan (born in Karlsruhe, Germany on May 5, 1937) is a German-born American film producer. In 1957, he was Stanley Kubrick's assistant director on Paths of Glory.
In 1958, he became Kubrick's brother-in-law, marrying his sister Christiane Harlan.
He is the nephew of German director Veit Harlan.
From 1975, he was executive producer of most of Kubrick's films. In 2000, he directed the documentary Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures.
He will be presenting a new selection, as striking and topical as ever. Works from all over the world, by talented young filmmakers.
