Beautiful country house with large private pool, just 5 km from Sarlat and 800 m from the river. A little corner of paradise! Dominant location in 6,000 m² of wooded grounds 2 mins walk (tennis) and 5 min (Golf Rochebois) You can cycle along the river banks. Small private gym (bike, rowing machine, mat, dumbbells) 1st restaurant 10 min walk in village (bar/ restaurant/ tapas/ grocery store) Canoe departure less than 2 km away. Places of interest less than 5 km away: Château de Beynac, the troglytic village of La Roque Gageac, the city of Sarlat, Bastide de Domme.... First floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 shower room and 1 toilet, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed. First floor: mezzanine with bookcase, 2 bedrooms (2 x 140 and 1 x 90) and bathroom with toilet.
