Caviar Perle Noire welcomes you to Les Eyzies, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, for an unusual, gourmet and immersive experience. Guided tour (booking essential) from 9 April to 31 October 2024, Tuesday to Friday, 10am and 2.30pm.
You'll discover our sturgeon farm, a prehistoric fish farm, on a walk in the heart of nature. We'll tell you all about the little-known history of caviar and explain our traditional method of production. We'll finish off with a tasty, gourmet tasting of Caviar Perle Noire products.
Three options to choose from (visit included):
Discovery at €20/person: smoked trout and sturgeon + trout roe + creamy duo + caviar butter + 1 caviar + sparkling wine
Initiation at €35/person: "discovery" with 2 caviars for tasting
Connaisseur at €80/person: "discovery" with 4 caviars and 1 shot of vodka
