Caviar Perle Noire welcomes you to Les Eyzies, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, for an unusual, gourmet and immersive experience. Guided tour (booking essential) from 9 April to 31 October 2024, Tuesday to Friday, 10am and 2.30pm. You'll discover our sturgeon farm, a prehistoric fish farm, on a walk in the heart of nature. We'll tell you all about the little-known history of caviar and explain our traditional method of production. We'll finish off with a tasty, gourmet tasting of Caviar Perle Noire products.
