On the occasion of "châteaux en fête", the Château de La Boëtie will exceptionally open its doors to invite you to a tour of the exterior by the owner from 11:00am, followed by lunch at "La Table d'Etienne": a menu concocted by chef Thierry Peyruchaud in the convivial spirit of the 16th century. Menu: hypocras (medieval recipe), carcass soup with bread goose stew with morel mushrooms and Sarlat potatoes, fresh cheese, floating island, prune eau de vie, coffee. 16 people maximum (limited seating) - Reservations essential.
