Pleasant holiday cottage with private and fenced swimming pool, open from 15/05 (9 mx 4.5 m - depth: flat bottom 1.50 m). Sits in the middle of a beautiful private property with no neighbors around. Single storey with large terrace and open garden. Located 15 km north east of Sarlat and 3 km from Salignac (all shops). You will find all the necessary comfort for a good holiday. Chimney. Electric heating On one level, it consists of: a main room (30 m²) with a well-equipped kitchen area. 1 lounge area with 2 sofas and a fireplace (wood supplement). 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 1GL (140), and 1 bedroom with 1 GL (160) and 1 L (90) and 1 child's bed (60x120).
